Spirituality
Religious Services are an important part of our overall program. Our Social Services Director coordinates the spiritual programming at St. Edmond's Home for Children.
The Residents are encouraged to attend the following services:
- Mass every Sunday of the year at 11:00 AM
- Weekday Mass: Monday - Friday at 7:30 AM upon celebrant availability
- Adoration: first Tuesday every month 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM
- Seasonal Reconciliation Services
- Seasonal Prayer Services
All religious services are open to the community at large.
At times the mass schedule may change.
Archbishop Francis B. Schulte, Retired Archbishop of New Orleans and Bishop Robert P. Maginnis, Auxiliary Bishop of Philadelphia reside on campus.
St. Edmond's Home for Children serves individuals of other Christian traditions and faiths. Clergy from their respective faith communities are welcome to provide religious services for those individuals.
